Putting charge and supervisor experience on resume

Published

Hello!

I have been a nurse for 2 years now. My first job was at SNF and they trained me to be NOC shift supervisor of the 3 unit/180 bed facility. My second job (current) is on a general medicine/telemetry floor and I've been trained as charge RN. I spend half my shifts as a floor RN and the other half as charge.

I wanted to know the best way to put these on my resume. I'm awful at resumes and "supervised patients and staff on a 36 bed unit" sounds very plain to me. I'm a pretty hands on charge RN. I'm constantly going in and out of rooms to help RNs and CNAs on the floor because I know as a floor RN how heavy our patient acuity can be. I wanted to know a better way to express this on my resume.

Thank so much in advance ?
