Pursuing a nursing career

Nurses Career Support

Published

Hi everyone! I seriously need an advice..

I am have been a nurse for 1.5years in a nursing home now in MN. I wanted to pursue on a specialized area in nursing. I'm still young, 24, so I wanted to go to school to prepare and reach my career goal while I still have the drive. Problem is, I am confused on which path to follow. I wanted to start taking classes now that I still don't have much obligations.

Bedside care isn't just my forte. Some of my choices includes Forensic nursing,Nurse Anesthetist, even taking up Psychology. I am very much into techy stuff. Of course, the major considerations here are job availability and sustainability and professional growth.

Can someone shed me some light please? Thanks!

Well, the best way to go, I would assume, is to go with one of the choices u listed. Pick something u could REALLY see your self making a living from. Only you can truly tell yourself which path you want to go down. Good luck.
