Purdue Global Exceltrack??!

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hey everyone,

I'm thinking about going to Purdue Global for my RN-BSN and then matriculating into the ACNP program they offer, part of which is offered in the Exceltrack format. This format is similar to that of or Capella University, competency based, pay per 10 weeks, take as many classes as you want, etc...I'm really hoping to get some feedback from really anyone who has gone to Purdue Global for any nursing program as I know really nothing about the school other then what admissions has told me and from their official website... and it's been very hard to find information on them from actual students specific to nursing. All I could find was an FNP facebook group but it's private.

If anyone knows anything about the school or if you are a student...how long it took you to finish the RN-BSN Exceltrack or MSN Exceltrack....I would GREATLY appreciate it thank you in advance

Hello everyone!

Is there a video/ lecture component to the program, or mostly all reading?

Hi, it’s mostly all reading. Some professors may offer a video to better explain the assignment, not actual lectures. It’s do at your own pace. No required posts or specific times to be on.

Hi, I am thinking about applying to this program (FNP Exceltrack). Any inputs on this program? Do they teach you good material to help you pass boards and practice as FNP ? I am planning on getting this program done as fast as I can. Do they find you a clinical or do you find to find it yourself.

Can someone tell me how much the cost is with the excell tract?

The BSN accelerated track was about $2800 for the 10 week period. You can complete as many courses as you like within that frame.

Are there discussion boards? If so, do they require APA discussion boards?
