PTEC Fall 09 Online LPN Students

I have read on here that there are a few that did not like this program. I was accepted to begin this August in the online program and was wondering if anyone has any tips for me. And if there is anyone else here that is starting then.

Make sure you update us! I paid all of my fees yesterday. It seemed like there were quite a few that have not paid yet.

I was accepted! I pay my dues by June 24th. I'm very happy right now.

I just realized that I never responded to this. Yes, I have 2 kids (aka my monkeys) a 2.5 yo girl and a 9 yo boy. I do plan on bridging to RN after this and I have all of my pre-reqs done.

So, now that you have been accepted into the program/class (:yeah:)....would you like to be my study partner?

I really hope so! My son is 1 1/2. Do you have any kids? Hopefully I'll meet you in August if things work out in my favor... But we'll see. Are you going to bridge to RN after? Have you already taken your pre-requisites?

Nice! I only have Anatomy and Physiology done so far besides the basic classes like Computer Literacy, Psych, Statistics and Composition.

I'm definitely up for a study partner. Especially with someone who has kids as well and understands how demanding they are!

Reinvent -- congrats on being accepted to the LPN program :yelclap::w00t:

i just rec'd a letter from the SPC RN program that i didn't make the cut, but i am on the alternate list. if i don't get in their August class, i plan on reapplying for their January class, as well as the pTEC January online class again. one way or another, i'm determined to get in.

i wonder if the delay has to do with the PN admissions director leaving. i don't know if that was a sudden move or something that'd been planned for a while, but it's not too comforting is it? :icon_roll
