Psychosocial Nursing Diagnosis

I need 3 psychosocial nursing dx's for a patient with pericarditis and awaiting bone marrow results. I'm having problems coming up with something that has an AEB S/S. Only one of the 3 can be a risk for dx.

Caregiver role strain related patient hospitalization as evidenced by daughter bringing work to hospital.

Interrupted family processes related to patient hospitalization as evidenced by patient unable to see his wife.

 

I'm grasping at straws. Where would readiness for enhanced knowledge r/t disease process AEB daughter stating he is "never told what his vitals are." fall - pathophys or psychosocial?

Is this a patient you have cared for or a case vignette?

Either way, it's hard for us to know what other dx may apply without all the details of the case.

Does the patient display any signs of anxiety? Fear? Altered sleep? Knowledge deficits?
