Psych nurse traveling

I have been a Psych nurse for 10 years and interested in travel nursing. I have looked up many travel nurse companies and there seems to be a great need for psych nursing in San Diego area. Anyone doing psych nursing there in a travel position? If so, what's it like and most important, why are there so many "pysch" patients there?

I have seen their web site and gave them my info. They sent me a huge packet on this location in Virginia. It's looks like a huge facility and it's very old and used to be an insane asylum. They sent no other info about other travel sites for psych. I have no interest to go to Virginia. Thanks for the tip, anyway.

I think you may have gotten the wrong place. The place I am talking about is Supplement Health Care Staffing agency and staff all around the world not just a facility.
