town hall meeting on april 8

the pennsylvania state nurses association (psna) will be hosting a town hall meeting on april 8, 2010 at the university of scranton from 5 pm to 7 pm in brennan hall, rm 228. the event is co-sponsored by psna districts #3 and #4. psna encourages nurses and nursing students to share current legislative priorities and practice concerns including safe staffing, mandatory overtime and whistleblowing. a question and answer session will be included. the evening's featured speakers are representative eddie day pashinski (d-121 luzerne) and representative ken smith (d-112 lakawanna). pa state nurses ceo, betsy snook, med, bsn, rn, will also be speaking and taking questions. see the flyer.
