Hi. I am going to take the PSB in August and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a book to buy that I could study from or atleast just look over so, I might know what to expect.. Thank you very much...

I would get a GED book and study from that. I took the PSB RN and i can tell you that the big things on my test were:
MATH-- Fractions(add,sub,mult,divid,mixed numbers,improper.etc) Averages, percents, ratio&proportion)
reading( pretty easy just make sure you read the paragraphs fast enough)
Vocabulary( it was mixed in with the math i believe, mostly antonyms if i can recall)
Science( study basic chem,anatomy,bio)

I took that test for entrance to my nursing school...the following website was very helpful and I also studied the book by Marion Gooding that they recommend:

I just took this test on 7/27.
I actually used the HESI A2 Study Guide. ISBN#0-9656678-3-9, see if you can find it cheap online, by half.com, or ebay. I used it for the HESI, but found it to be helpful on the NET and PSB...yes, I've had to take all three different entrance exams for three different schools. I guess they all just had to be different!
Good luck! I also used for the science part cliff notes on bio and chem....very helpful!
