PSB test experience issue

Hi everyone,

I took the psb recently. My computer took several minutes to move to each new section.

I turned my head to get their attention about this. The rules said not to move your head away from monitor after starting. Did I disqualify myself?

At the end there was a green button that said you were finished with the entire test.

I clicked it several times, it did not respond for over 5 minutes, the administrator said it was ok because I was finished as they viewed the screen. Was this correct? Was I supposed to wait for something? I left the room and they both did not indicate I was supposed to do something else.
