So, I thought that the Math section was going to be the hardest for me and now that I have received some of the study guides I ordered, Science looks like Chinese writing to me!! I truly don't remember any of this. How can I re-learn all of this information as well as brush up on other subjects in such a short amount of time?? any advice for an older person desperate to pass this exam??

My advice.... relax! First off, I waited until I took A&P I & II and micro before taking the NAT. I did not study for the test and scored in the 98th %ile. As you can see, I am 48 and the last college class I had taken before pre-reqs ended 12/1983!
Long.

]Review review review your study guides! Take your time to familiarize yourself with the fundamentals of biology, chemistry, physics, and a&p. I find that repetition is key here. Most of the topics they're testing you on is on a very basic level so you should be fine as long as you know most of the science definitions out there. Here's a site that I found pretty helpful (it gives you an idea what will be on the natural science section):

It definitely boosted my confident a little bit knowing that I can correctly answer around 75% of sample questions. Personally, I didn't have a clue with most of the science questions if I were to take the sample quizzes before I began studying! ]It just takes time with reviewing and studying. ]I'm scheduled to take mine this coming Monday, the 8th, so I'll try to help you as much as possible once I take the test. ]Good luck w/ the test and let us know how everything goes!
