I was wondering if anyone out there has worked for psahealthcare? I am an LPN and considering working for a year before I finish my RN program. I'm liking the idea of working for a home health agency and found a job I could apply for, but was wondering about the company. Thanks for any input!!

Look for previous threads or comments about this agency. Like with all agencies, some have been satisfied, others will warn you to stay away. But keep in mind that it often depends on the present personnel in any given office, at any given location, at any point in time as to whether or not you would find your experience to be a positive one. My observation, (if this is the company I think you are referring to), is that this agency is not reluctant to hire nurses right out of school to take care of medically fragile peds patients, a practice I do not agree with. But that is my opinion. Others may think differently.
