I received notification from my school recently and it has me worried even though they say not to be.
"On November 19, 2013, the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing notified Lincoln Technical Institute that its practical nursing program was placed on provisional approval status. This provisional approval status will not impact students’ ability to sit for the licensure examination (NCLEX-PN), nor will the provisional approval status negatively impact the practical nursing program’s curriculum, equipment, faculty or staff, or other student services provided during your enrollment at Lincoln Technical Institute."
The class before me had a 75% first time nclex pass rate and that's what caused this. I know it's like a short probation period where the school has to get its rates up but there are two classes that will sit for the nclex before mine. What if they score prolly too before my group. Will it then effect my ability to sit for the nclex, or do I need to relax?

I would think that it would affect finding a job afterwards because local hospitals know the schools in the area and they also usually require that the school be accredited.
