Does anyone know how much these organizations pay?
Length of New Grad programs? Does it require a contract of service?
And most importantly....how is the staff? Are they welcoming, friendly and helpful to New Grads? Is there teamwork or are you on your own?
Thanks!

I too was wondering the same! I can't seem to find any job listings for Providence that doesn't say anything about experience or new grads.. they all say "NO NEW GRADS" YET they have a new grad program.. Did you personally apply at their HR? As for Glendale they have been having this posting for as long as I can remember (march 2010):
"* ATTENTION: RN NEW GRADUATES*
We are currently experiencing an overwhelming response for our RN New Grad Program. Due to the high volume and limited positions, we are temporarily unable to contact you at this time. If you still want to complete our application it will be kept on file for future reference. Thank you for your interest."

Even if they do hire new grads.....we are talking 1 spot for every 10 applicants minimum...there are very few New Grad opportunities in California anywhere.
Oh I know NickiLaughs, I've been searching.. New Grad programs are hard to get into..I am now applying locally.
