Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for Providence's RN Residency Program - September 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

Applications open up on July 3! Good luck to all of us (-:

If we haven't received an offer yet is it safe to say we won't recieve one at all? Feels like there were a lot of internal candidates to compete with 😞 feeling defeated hahaha

No problem and congrats to you as well! You can clarify to the recruiter if you like but if you received an informal offer from that hospital then it might be it.

No...you still have a chance. We all were given the interview letter or Sway that stated it will take 1-2 or even 2-3 weeks after the interview before we get an offer. It's barely been a week. I have classmates that got 2-3 offers and have to decide which position they will take and they have 3 days to accept or deny. They, like myself are still waiting to get that "official" email to do so. So position will still be open for others that have not received an offer.

Not yet! This is killing me, I got a follow up from the ICU manager a week ago but no offer. I might call back tomorrow and see when they're planning to send out offers. If anyone has any information help a brother out!

anyone else get an offer for float pool holy cross? also does anyone know how scheduling works there after preceptorship is over?

For L&D it's more than one. My friend also got an offer for L&D at Tarzana, but I'm not sure how many total.
