Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for Providence's RN Residency Program - September 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

Does anyone know what the night shift differential is for Providence Burbank?

I don't think so for st jude and st joseph at least 😞 the interview spots all filled up so fast the day the job posting went out, you get a text interview and an email to schedule the interview within 30 min!

I applied in the 3rd around 12pm I did get the screening questions but never a follow up for an interview. I've been trying to reach out to the recruiter to see if it makes a difference that I have an employee reference.

oh I see I did it at 12am because I randomly checked and a lot of the spots were filled already. it could be your answers to the screening questions but im not too sure, I just know it was first come first serve :( good luck to you!

I believe it's $5 for nights, and an extra $3 for weekends

Does anyone know if September 9 is the official start date for Providence in Burbank or if that's the start date for everyone (every providence hospital)?

I think it's all their hospitals. I could be wrong though
