Providence New Grad 2025 Interviews

Published

Hello! Has anyone who applied to Providence when applications opened up on June 6th heard back yet regarding setting up an interview? I was told the process is different from last year. They said they would reach out for setting up interviews starting June 12th.

Interviewed at fullerton.. did anybody else leave the interview not feeling good? It felt like an exam and some of the behavioral questions were not something I expected to be asked

Could you provide some insight into the behavioral questions you were asked? If they gave you a case study topic, what was it on? Was it similar to the NGN case studies?

Yes,preparing for scenario-based interview questions. I'm focusing on knowing the interventions, common labs, and medications associated with specific conditions. I'm reviewing the most common clinical scenarios such as:

Chest pain

Sepsis

Heart failure

Dementia

In addition to clinical knowledge, I understand there are only two behavioral interview

Good luck

Also let me know how it goes , maybe if I don't make it I can be prepare for next time.

Thanks

Oh that's fast, do you know when they will let everyone know if they got it or not?

I agree, clinical based questions were an insane number and I'm wondering if it's because there was no actual case study given out this time.

Did you get a hospital tour after your interview?

Yes, everyone was getting one if they wanted to go see it. 🙂

I interviewed online for Torrance , I did get mostly behavioral questions and a case scenario.
it's about 6 questions total

Interviewed at Burbank yesterday and they were very nice and welcoming. Prior to asking questions they said to keep answers brief. They asked about 6 or so questions, 1 prioritization question, and 1 case study which they gave 5 minutes to read over and they set a timer.
