Prospective LVN student

Hi! I attend Temple College in Temple Tx and I just applied to the LVN program yesterday!!!! I had myself all worked up over the HESI A2- passed- and now I was just wondering if anyone on here will be applying or has applied for the same LVN program at Temple for 2014-2015? I am a stay at home mom with great support from my husband and kids but I would like to "meet" some others out there will similar goals, interests etc. :)

Hello again!! So do they let you guys know about how many people that are applying for the LVN program this upcoming year? Its just such a loooong wait to find out. But I know it is still early? So,how is class going along? Your almost halfway done!!!?

They dont say much to us on upcoming classes, but if it makes you feel any better, it doesnt seem like THAT many have applied, youll start hearing how theyre up to 300 400 applicants but thats a load of crap haha, i know its a long wait, well actually, its not, but youre looking good at this point with your hesi score and not waiting last minute, those are the ones that suffer the tiebreakers, the ones who apply last minute, i can try to snoop in on our secretary to see what the numbers are thus far, but think positive :)) And fall semester SUCKS, i went from As to Cs, so to take yoor mind off stuff, start working on pharmacology haha, its so hard haha

Did any of you have an interview? If so, please share your experience. I'm in an adult school lvn progrm and hve an interview soon. Thanks

Hi! No I have not. I'm not sure if I have to do an interview. I applied at Temple College. What college did you apply to? At Temple you don't find out if you are accepted until mid-Feb of next year I believe.

Oh I see. I'm based in California and applied at an adult school which require an interview. I will find out a week after interview if I made it to jan 2015 class
