Pros and cons of ADN, BSN and MSN

What are the pros and cons of ADN, BSN and MSN besides the difference in income? Does higher education make us more competent or better in nursing? Glad to hear your opinion.

There is an excellent diploma program here in Lubbock, Texas. It is at Covenant Hospital. It is a super afordable 4 semester program, and virtually free if you agree to work there afterwards. Good luck!
