Just wanna ask, how's the experience taking the exam? Is it hard? What materials do I need to review and what usual categories are ask in the exam? And after passing the exam, how long do I need to wait for my visa to be process? I do have an employer and interviewed as well.. thanks for your replies ?

Hi! First of all, I would really like to thank Ms.purplechicxiii for the recommended review materials to be used that she mentioned here. I just recently took the prometric exam and fortunately passed! God is good! And also, thanks to Mister Amil_ for his uplifting words..hehe! Yes you can pass the exam if you do your part as well.

I used NCSBN, Saunders, the Exam-Cram.

Mostly MS, funda, some OB and pscyhe too are included in the exam.

And these are some I remembered that included in the exam: Diet, HPN, URTI, Celiac Disease, DM, CVA, DVT, ECG, CROHN'S, COLOSTOMY.

Just scheduled for Prometrics - Qatar on the 7th of March, 2012. And it's $200 -payable thru either Credit Card and Bank Drafts only. The testing center is located in Salcedo Village, Makati. But you can also take it in Qatar. There'll be 70 multiple choice items and your fate (pass/fail) will be determined right after you answer the last item. You have to finish taking it in 2 hours though (I took the 1PM-3PM slot). You can also choose your own testing schedule (just like NCLEX-RN) usually from Tuesdays to Fridays. It's also a computer adaptive testing.

i just took my qatar prometrix as of now and fortunately i passed it, thank u so much miss purplechicxiii and everyone , u all guys helped me a lot! thank u for the info that u shared with us,

for those who plan to take qatar prometrix , just focus on MS, drugs ( specially cardio and respi ) and normal value and most of all to GOD ,

Good day. I just want to ask. If ever a candidate for qatar prometric failed the exam, does he or she needs to wait at least 3 months to retake the exam? Your response is highly appreciated. Thanks
