   You have to prcoess your CES application first. You cant just send your things. Its gonna give you the forms you need to send to your college. I really dont know why i didnt need to take the toefl....

   I never had to send my high school transcript. Just the diploma to NJ BON. And you wont be able to submit your NJ endorsement without sending your CES
