   Thank you for all your answers. That shed some light on my confusion, it seems that it cant use my nclex anymore. Maybe I will apply in another country. Maybe USA is not for me.

   I should have said that I did pass my NCLEX last 2008. But I was not able to work in USA. So I put it into "inactive status". Now, I want to apply for America, how can I activate my license?

   help!!! does anyone knows how to check the status of my nclex? I took it last Nov 2008 but I never worked in USA. I am currently working here in the Middle East. I want to know if it is still valid? if not, do I have to take NCLEX again?
