Interested in discussions about aging of the nurse workforce and related challenges/blessings, best practice nursing theory, interpersonal communications between individuals in the workplace (nurse and other staff) bullying, lateral and horizontal violence and aggression experiences that go untold, and how difficulties are positively resolved; positive experiences in the mental/behavioral health environment. Enjoy general good will and comraderie among nurses and other employees in healthcare field -- "we're all in the same boat and will get where we're going faster if we all row together".
