    No it just wont go thru even if you use. Card with insufficient funds it wont process if you passed, should you fAil and try it will say cAnnot process due to insufficient

    Right after i took my test this morning i literally got into my car and tried to check and didnt get the message, then this evening i tried again with a used visa gift card and i got the red message...
