   Praying for you guys. :) Continue to have faith. I've been there. I think it was more than 24hrs that my results were on hold before it gave me the good pop up. Keep us posted!

   I used Hurst and I printed out the all the pdf files for the content. I agree pda by La charity is helpful. You can have an online version for $21 I think in elsevier's
