I know a nurse that was working ER when a decapitated young man was brought in. It was her son,I don't think she ever recovered from the trauma.She ended up leaving nursing.Very sad.

Your patient was a multip,she was fully dilated,0stat and the attending was asleep. She also was feeling pressure with her ctx. I would have let the pt push. Sorry the doc was upset but he was asleep...maybe staying awake when the pt is fully is some...
