I heard back today that I was offered the position! I think calls are going out today and next week.

I interviewed for an ICU position last week, and I haven't heard back yet. I also didn't ask when we would be hearing back, but I hope it's soon. I've been waiting a week!

I see on the application that there are only 4 types of units available: Medical, Surgical, Psych and Onc. Are the Medical and Surgical floors med-surg only or does that include ICU?

I think it says they're holding interviews in November and December, so they will probably begin letting people know a week before Nov and go through Dec.

I was accepted back in October, and I haven't received a hardcopy of my acceptance. I haven't submitted by deposit yet, so maybe it will come after the deposit is submitted. Just a guess!

Thanks for the info! What a long wait. The deposits on my other schools are due around that time, so I hope Duke will let us know before then...

@knenopoulos, in an email I received back in Nov, it stated that we should receive updates about the status of our applications between March and April. It is SUCH a long wait.... and I really hope it comes sooner than that.

ABSN applicants are considered for interviews, too. However, looking at the past threads for Penn's ABSN, it seems that not all admitted students received an interview!
