I got questions, what kind of facility, area of specialty, and what position are u apllying for anyway? Sometimes it depends on what kind of position. Especially for your 22+ experience you are overqualified for a staff nurse position.

U also gotta tell them what kind of procedures the pt had done. Read the case managers report if what is the plan for discharge, how long will the pt will stay. It really depends. Some nurses just wanna know if whats the plan especially ots in the s...

Dont think that u fail, because u are still trying. U failed if u stop trying to take it. Just take your time dont rush it. And a lot of people didnt pass it the first time or second time and pass it eventually. If they can do it, you can do it too.
