    I think you are. The point is , that, the BON in each state decides that an RN is qualified to do this task. Rn's dont decide this, the facility doesnt decide this.The state government decides this....

    Just a thought. We all have the opportunity in life to further our education, if we feel devalued, or whatever. For instance, I am a nurse. For me to complain that I cant diagnose and bill patients...
