    a town in NM and like I said the Nurses do not help. It suppose to be 1:15 but the CNAs do all the direct care. There are 2 CNAs and 2 nurses NOC

    I say weed out smokers from the nursing program because nurse smokers usually take many breaks during a shift and that isn't safe for a patient. Also nurses that smoke smell
