There will always be ADN nurses! They have been talking about phasing out ADN nurses for 20+ years and the majority of RN's are ADN's.Also with a nationwide shortage of RN's to exceed 500,000 by 2020...
In my opinion If you think that the extra one year of BS leadership classes that makes the difference between aN ADN and a BSN makes a difference in ones ability to be a nurse you are a joke..riddle...
