Check out khanacademy.org. His name is Salman Khan. He has over 2,000 videos on his website, ranging from math (all facets of math, including Algebra), as well as Chemistry and Biology videos.

i prefer using a whiteboard over using tons of notebook paper for practicing math problems, esp. algebra.
