Why would CA put test results on hold because of incomplete requirements??? I thought they will only give you an eligibility notice if all your requirements are complete. They should not let anyone pay and take the test if their requirements are not ...

I took the test last wednesday (03.03.10). I tried the trick twice and I got the same pop up. :yeah:Did I really pass? I also checked the online license verification @ bvnpt.ca.gov but my name did not show yet.
