    the circulating nurse does the preps for surgery. we don sterile gloves and prep in a sterile fashion. i hope this answers your question.

    that is the problem, we don't have a written policy. yes i am currently working in the OR and the educator is also trying to find information on this. have contacted AORN and have asked them as well....
