    Interesting the different methods used to label and check MBM. We do a bit of the same. We double check all milk to be fed or prepared with a 2nd RN or NA and the baby's band which has the MRN on it....

    When giving any iv meds we wipe with alcohol swab for 15sec and let dry, pretty standard across most hospitals. We access all med ports with sterile gloves. We change TPN/IL and tubing every 24 hours...
