They probably need to finish interviews before the units can decide who gets you. That is my assumption. Both units I interviewed for said end of the month.

Me too!! She did say that sometimes they have a lot of people they like and will offer to start in the next cohort if the individual is okay with that.

The recruiter told me when I had my first interview that she'd try to get me in for multiple units to increase my odds of getting in somewhere. I didn't think I was gonna get another one but they emailed me yesterday about it.

Update: I just had another interview with the cardiac telemetry unit at cherry hill. Only the nurse manager this time, she said if she's having trouble deciding she may do another panel interview. I got nervous when she said she was only hiring 3 ne...
