    Yes, an FNP can specialize. However, you'd need to see the requirements of the certifying body if you want to be a certified PNP. I don't know that an FNP would be enough. I also don't know of any FNP...

    Yes, NP's can own a MedSpa and those that do...do very well. NP's can own all sorts of businesses. As far as MD supervision...depends on your state laws.

    I use Amazing Charts in my office. Easy to use, inexpensive. Does not have all the bells and whistles that some have, but it works for me (I'm a one provider office).
