I'm Jane Aire, perioperative RN.

 

Years in the OR taught me that the most important lessons aren't always in the textbooks. They're in the real-life "oops" moments, the cords you trip over, the sponge counts that make your heart race, and the teamwork that saves the day.

 

My mission? To help circulators, scrub nurses, and students feel prepared, confident, and maybe even laugh a little while they learn. My book blends humor, illustrations, and OR survival hacks — because education sticks better when it's memorable (and fun).
