About Dr. Cassandra Monroe

Dr. Cassandra Monroe has 14 years experience as a DNP, RN and specializes in Nurse Education, and NCLEX Prep.

Dr. Cassandra Monroe has dedicated her career to transforming how nursing students approach licensure. Raised in a small town where healthcare access was limited, she saw early on how critical well-trained nurses were to community wellbeing. That early impression shaped her path into advanced nursing education.

Her website, Pass Your NCLEX is dedicated to helping nurse candidates study for, and pass the NCLEX exam with confidence.

With over 15 years of experience guiding pre-licensure students through rigorous RN programs, Dr. Monroe became known for her precision in curriculum mapping and her ability to demystify the most intimidating parts of the NCLEX, especially the Clinical Judgment Measurement Model (CJMM). She led faculty development workshops at multiple nursing colleges, focusing on how to embed clinical reasoning into day-to-day instruction, not just test prep.
