    It does seem that way from the looks of this forum. I have a friend who got in last year with 79 points. I'm sorry that you didn't hear anything. It's really disheartening

    This is what happened last year as well. I got my decision email the first week of July. When anyone would call or email they'd tell them "by the end of this week" each time. It's frustrating.
