   I agree. I still can’t believe it that I didn’t get an interview. I thought my stats were OK (GPA 3.89 with 4.0 science, CCRN, cardiac ICU experience, preceptor and charge nurse on the unit etc.)....

   It seems they only reply back to those whom they have selected for interview. My friend got interview and they reply to all her emails, but I get no replies

    I know most work in ICU who apply. Is there anybody who has ICU experience but now works somewhere else and stays PRN in ICU? I fear this might go against
