    Application says CA RN license required by March 4. But from the webinar it sounds like as long as you take and pass your NCLEX sometime in March and communicate that with the recruiter then you should be fine.

    LORs aren't required, but you can still choose to upload them to your application. If you get selected for an interview and they are considering you, they're going to ask you for 5 references.
