I'd rather be judged for the correct manner in which I perform my job, in a detailed, compassionate, as directed by facility policies and procedures, never taking short cuts or wavering from the oath I took, to "DO NO HARM" every day; than be judged out of other's fear, that their performance may be compared to mine, and those who fear that my performance might be making them look bad.   I go to sleep, at the end of every shift, knowing that I did the very best that I could, and gave all that I had to the patient's I was assigned to care for.  During these difficult times, is it really necessary for those to continue to wear their "BULLY" badge, when we ought to be lifting each other up, not trying to break each other down.  Let's keep it professional, let's work as a team and let's just be kind to one another.
