mount sinai oncology, 1 year exp which is the same as new grad you don't get a pay bump until year two is 56 an hour at night around 53 an hour during the day.. nighttime comes out to around 110,000...
If mountsinai salaries are consistent as in NYC salary = Brooklyn I can assure you even as a new grad you will be well over 100k.. Starting pay is 50.83+.66 for BSN and 3.00 for night
