   I am an RN and landlord. When you book travel ahead in an area with tight housing. Do you sign a fixed term lease for the length of your contract, or pay month to month? I am getting ready to convert a vacation rental to a MTR for travel nurses.

   I saw Bell shaped ear pieces online for wearing a stethoscope with hearing aids. Have you tried those? They replace the plastic or foam ones.
