@kten11 I have a Mac and I definitely had to click through a maze in order to finally come to my profile and be able to upload it lol. Aside from that, it's not like using a windows/pc enables you to attach those files to your application itself righ...

Just had my PICU speed interview. I was told if I make it to the second round I'll be notified next week and it will be with nurses who will make the final decision!

Thanks for the tips. Does it make a difference on certain applications where they ask you to upload your documents, but also copy and paste your resume and cover letter? Do they end up running the copy and pasted part into ATS, or still the attached ...
