Professional school nurse goals!

Hi! Anyone have any professional goals ither than continuing education? Any ideas?

"I will present at least ____topics to all staff each year. Including, but not limited to seizures, asthma, Narcan etc."

"I will check in with each of my 504 students I case manage at least monthly to see if their accommodations are working for them. Necessary adjustments will be made as needed."

They are specific , measurable, achievable, realistic and time measured.

My goal is just to make the next 3 years to retire... I used to love coming to work everyday, but the last couple of years has been pure he**...

Agreed! make it through the year (one day at a time), and have all the kids leave the building upright and aware 95% of the time... that is a good day
