problems in application to be a RN in the US

hello! im really worried about the status of my application for nclex, im in california and my requirements were mailed to BON from my school in the philippines last october 07. im really worried because until now i havent received any reply from the BON yet. how will i know if i still need to send them something for my application?

Please do not apply thru CA, and take the time to read why not.

They are not going to issue a license to you without a SSN#, so even if you pass the NCLEX exam, your passing score is going to be destroyed in three years if they do not receive the SSN# from you. And there is no way for you to get it until you have a visa that will permit you to work.

It does not matter which address that you use, but the fact that you do not hold a SSN#.
