Problem with NNAS webiste

Hi,

does anyone in Canada try to create an account with NNAS online?

after I created an account, they send me my secruity code, but I have no idea what to do with this code. I actually phoned customer service for several times, but no one answer the phone, also, I email them twice, no one respond me, it's been one week. Strange!!

Does there anyone know how to create an account successfully online?

You use the code as the password to log in together with your username (that's the registered email) and then you will be prompted to create a new password.
