Problem with NNAS webiste

Hi,

does anyone in Canada try to create an account with NNAS online?

after I created an account, they send me my secruity code, but I have no idea what to do with this code. I actually phoned customer service for several times, but no one answer the phone, also, I email them twice, no one respond me, it's been one week. Strange!!

Does there anyone know how to create an account successfully online?
