Hi songbird, in my experience most agencies are pretty much the same, however; I've worked for Maxim and Epic out of South Houston and so far I highly prefer Epic, they gave me a much better trach/vent class and seem to listen more to what I want and am comfortable with. Also most of them seem to truly want what is best for the patients :) Hope this helps!
