About to have an interview for it(15 minutes). Its for the BMT unit. What do you think of the hospital? I know pay isnt the best but it would be an area to progress.

The interview with the nurse manager only goes so far because I am only seeing one end.

You already know that HCA pay isn't great, but benefits are decent. Are you a new grad? If not pay is probably better than what I get. It is a totally AWESOME hospital, and I would think loads of room to advance.

Let us know how it goes!

No. if you look at my profile I have been working for a year. It says it below my name.

She heavily sparked my interest in BMT all together. She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and very welcoming. She was straight to the point as well.

Sorry, you are right, I should have read your profile. I'd say go for it. You are not going to be paid as well as some other places, but it is an amazing place to work. HCA lives by patient satisfaction surveys, and they are firm believers that team work and taking care of employees breeds employees that are more likely to treat patients well.
